17 weeks

So today I'm 17 weeks and 2 days. Still feeling pretty good but I've gotten round all of a sudden. On sunday, when I turned 17 weeks, I officially went into maternity clothes. I'm a lot more comfortable at work now and managed to get everything on sale so I spent less than I thought I would.

My belly has popped out a little since last week. The girls at work can now tell I'm pregnant and they come right out and ask me intead of being afraid they'll hurt my feelings. My skin is acting up so badly!! I feel like I'm 16 again with all these pimples. Damn hormones. Appetite is still not there and I really have no use for food. That will probably change once we get on our cruise ship though since they have the yummiest food and I don't have to cook or clean up lol.

I figured out my hours I need for my leave and I'm missing 240 hours if i calculated right. Which means I only need to work for 3 more months to get it so unless something happens, I should be able to get my Mat leave no problem.

Saw the doc last week for my monthly appt. Heartbeat was good and fast at 160.If I remember Caryn's correctly, and I probably don't, I think hers was about 145-150. I got my U/S booked that day for the 7th of Feb. so hopefully Jr will cooperate and show the goods and I can finally get the rest of the stuff I need. Afterwards I see my doc again for my next monthly appt.
