4 weeks

So i'm 4 weeks 3 days pregnant. I've been testing positive for 2 days but i came out of denial last night when i bought a real test at walmart. I'd been using cheapy test strips from Ebay but i wasn't happy with them. Within 30 seconds the positive line came up so my denial quickly flew out the window.

This pregnancy is a result of our mexican cruise! Erik and I decided to not prevent right before we left and he got me on the first try lol. I didn't think it would have happened so fast but when i started getting super sore boobs and the queasies, i decided to count the calendar. I started testing when my period was due but kept getting negatives until 3 days ago.

I feel good, have the queasies all day but haven't been sick yet. Boobs are sore on and off and i haven't been sleeping well at night but hopefully that will change now that everyone knows.I was going to wait until after my first appt on Dec 10th, but figured whatever happens, happens.

This pregnancy is already so different from my first one. C wasn't planned and there were a lot of negative emotions surrounding it until her birth.Having a toddler around while pregnant will be challenging, i can already tell. Thank god she's able to keep herself occupied most of the time.I will also have to start from scratch for baby items, minus the crib. That's good though, lots of new stuff has come out within the last 3 yrs and i like to shop!! I just have to make sure i don't buy too early, i'll try to wait until we at least find out what we're having, and yes we will be finding out unless baby doesn't cooperate.
